*Term in seasons: 12’ wide vans 12 years from new, 10’ wide vans 10 years from new. These dates will be reviewed at the end of these terms and if in good condition owners will be offered 2 extra years. The terms above are from 2007 season.

A 6 berth caravan has 2 bedrooms, an 8 berth 3 bedrooms.

Berths include a make up bed in the lounge.

Ground rent
for March 2007 to January 2008 inclusive of rates and VAT

Top band A: floor area over 361 sq ft

Middle band B: floor area from 321 sq ft to 360 sq ft

Bottom band C: floor area up to 320 sq ft

Insurance premiums range from £170 - £450 depending on the replacement value of a particular caravan.
